The ABF is best placed and has the skills and resources to ensure that your donation or legacy is put to work where it is most needed Our grant making policies are co-ordinated and targeted by a specialist team who make sure that help is provided to those who need it most - at the time it is needed The fund needs to raise sufficient funds every year to meet the need, not only for the present need, but for any unforeseen need which may arise in the future Great Britain has an Army to be proud of . You can be sure that, as we enter uncertain times, our Army will be there for us, in return the ABF gives people the opportunity to repay this trust in cases of those who have fallen on hard times and need a hand up By raising awareness of the charity, fundraising, attending ABF events you will be making a real and lasting difference. |

English & American Car Show

The reason for this new show is that we were approached by an ex army nurse who asked us if we could arrange a show for the army benevolent fund.
I was not aware of this charity, but it is to raise funds for the injured soldiers of World War1 & World War2 as well as the men and women who have been injured in these last conflicts. So this is why my wife and myself are going to do the best we can to help the forgotten heroes.
This show is a Rock ‘n’ Roll theme so if you would like to dress up in the gear we would be giving a prize for the best costume and we are going to attempt to get a 3 piece band and ask the traders to dress their stalls.
As well as the usual Bar, Food, Trade Stands, Charity Stalls and Children’s Amusements.
Also inviting entries from Vintage & Classic cars, bikes etc.
There will be some annual trophies to be judged for. And if anyone has any ideas to help us please get in touch. |
